Coffee Lover's sponsored kid - Makara

Bin Makara and his monther are doing well. Makara’s mother grows vegetables at her house to support the family for this season, but in the rainy season she does farming. Bin Makara has grown up a lot and has built more relationship with C@R’s staff. Makara’s grandparents are not doing well. They’re sometimes sick due to old age and feel dizzy or have pain on their legs or arms. Recently though, Makara’s grandparents are doing well.

When Bin Makara’s mother goes to work at the field, she always leaves Makara with his grandparents at home. He loves his grandmother so he never brings her trouble at home. In his free time, Makara likes to play with his pets.

Bin Makara and his mother attend their local church regularly and have been very faithful to join their church, even though their house is a little but far from it. Makara’s mother has accepted Christ into her life.

Bin Makara’s mother said: “ I would like to thank you so much for your support to my family every month. I have been praying for you and your family to be healthy and prosperous from God.”

Coffee Lover's sponsored kid - Soala

Soala and his aunt are doing well. Nowadays, Soala lives with his aunt who owns a small business of selling groceries. His mother passed away in 2009 from a disease affecting women. He goes to school regularly and likes study mathematics, which he is very good at. Soala says, “I enjoy my school a lot because when I go, I have many friends to play with.”

In the last several months, Soala was a little quiet. He seemed to miss his mother a lot because he didn’t play like before. Sometimes, he would play with his friends at school but would help his aunt to do chores when he returned home. Now, Soala has been happy and plays with his friends at home.

Soala attends his local church regularly and enjoy studying the Bible. He opens up a lot and likes to study God’s words.

Soala’s aunt said, “I would like to thank you so much for your support to my nephew. Since he’s been supported, his family has been improving more and more.”

-Pray for Soala to be healthy and protected by God.
-Pray for the constant love for God and blessings.
